Like her mother, Chelsea Clinton is trying to be clever, but ends up coming across as just dumb.
She was at it again last week attacking President Trump on Twitter when she got an unexpected surprise from a woman her father, former President Bill Clinton, once raped.
Chelsea started off by joking that she had run out of derogatory terms to use when describing Trump.
