There are few members of Congress who are more unhinged and less rational than psychologically unwell Rep. Nancy Pelosi, but Congresswoman Maxine Waters, who represents a district in Los Angeles, is sadly one of them.
Republican President Donald Trump has clearly succeeded in getting under Rep. Waters’ skin, which has resulted in Maxine making a series of truly crazy statements about Trump. Recently, however, Rep. Waters outdid herself by sending an insane message to our country’s president.
Donald Trump is only in the third month of his first term as president, and Waters has already fired off a tweet at Trump that says, simply, “Get ready for impeachment.” This comes on the heels of another message she sent Trump that said, “Meet @realDonaldTrump‘s #KremLINKlan”
This message was so cryptic and bizarre that people had a hard time unpacking it. Did she somehow suggest that Russia’s “Kremlin” was connected with the “Ku Klux Klan”? And why was “LINK” in all caps? Even stranger still was the elaborate image above the tweet, which must have taken a graphic designer hours to put together.
Babbled Waters recently to MSNBC’s Joy Reid, “I think in the final analysis they are going to have to move away from [President Trump]. And we will see that [President Trump] will be in a position where he will meet the criteria for high crimes and misdemeanors, and I maintain that’s where impeachment comes in.” Do you think conspiracy theorist Maxine Waters has actually lost her mind?
