Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.) suggested that President Donald Trump might not be president for the remainder of his term on Friday.
During a town hall in Butler, Wisconsin, Sensenbrenner said, “the way we change things is through elections and elections have consequences,” adding:
“Donald Trump was elected President of the United States last fall. He or Mike Pence will be the president for the next four years, period.”
Sensenbrenner held more town halls than any member of Congress last month with 12, according to an analysis by Legistorm.
