Trump Is Pissed At Obama’s Appointees For What They Did To Gen. Mattis

We all know that in order to succeed in politics, you need to have a few extra layers of skin. But, boundaries must exist when it comes to military lives. In such cases, politics should play no role whatsoever. It was recently disclosed that Obama’s appointees in the Pentagon are trying to disable General Mattis and prevent him from offering our military men and women the help they truly need in order to remain thriving.

According to the chairman of the House Committee on Armed Services, holdovers from the Obama administration in the Pentagon are hampering efforts to fix the military’s major readiness problem, leaving Secretary of Defense James Mattis alone in his efforts to properly equip U.S. forces.

It’s not only a disgrace – to disable our Secretary of Defense from recreating our Military – it is also highly dangerous, both for the military as well as for all Americans.

Military preparedness is crucial for every aspect.

Preventing our military from being ready for an attack shows to the rest of the world that the United States is not able to defend its people, which might lead to enemy nations catching them off guard and guiding us towards war.

The chairman of the House committee of Armed services, Mac Thornberry, stated that Mattis is not able do this solo and the U.S. has a moral obligation to show troops the well deserved support, reports Enhlive.

“I think it is wrong, immoral to ask men and women to go carry out a military mission for which they are not fully equipped, and fully trained, and fully supported,” stated Thornberry.

It’s common sense – f you have the audacity to ask somebody to go out there and put their lives at risk, you better be prepared to offer them the best possible support.

Regardless who the Commander-in-Chief is – Democrats need to understand the fact that putting American lives in danger is unacceptable.
