If you were one of the few people who actually bothered to watch the broadcast of the completely irrelevant Academy Awards show, you were probably disgusted at how Hollywood liberal celebrities, completely predictably, used the event as a forum to publicly bash our country’s President Donald Trump.
Liberal talk show host Jimmy Kimmel, who was master of ceremonies for the event, couldn’t help but try to get off mean spirited and lame jokes that attempted to smear Trump, like “I want to say thank you to President Trump. I mean, remember last year when it seemed like the Oscars were racist? That’s gone. Thanks to him.” Thankfully, Donald Trump just did something that destroyed these fools.
In another attempt to be “funny”, Jimmy Kimmel tweeted at Donald Trump during the show, writing, “Hey @realDonaldTrump u up?” Shot back Trump spokeswoman Katrina Pierson, “@realDonaldTrump is busy meeting w/governors of the nation. You know, people that actually get things done, not just pretend to in costume.” Ouch!
It was true, Trump was busy working with our nation’s governor’s at the important political event, where he shocked the room by announcing about Obamacare, “We’re going to have a speech on Tuesday night and we’re going to be speaking very specifically about this very complicated subject.”
He continued, “As most of you know, Obamacare’s had tremendous problems. We’re going to have it fixed, and we’re going to repeal and replace. And I think you’re going to see something very special.” Immediately, the attention of regular Americans and our country’s media were directed toward Trump’s speech before Congress, instead of about Hollywood and their lame award show. How much do you love Trump for completely upstaging these Hollywood liberals like this?
