HEALTHY RECIPES: YUMMY CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

Need:

  • 350 grams whole wheat
  • 350 grams brown sugar
  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 350 milliliters of milk
  • 170 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract

Preparation:

In large bowl place the dry ingredients ( whole wheat, brown sugar, cocoa, baking powder ) and mix. Broken the larger pieces of chocolate, place them in a bowl and stir again. With mixer beat the eggs with the milk, softened butter and vanilla. The resulting mixture is added to the bowl with dry ingredients and nice mix. With the mixture filled molds for muffins who previously would wager with baking paper. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in the previously preheated oven at 200 degrees. How you want muffins before baking can further sprinkled with pieces of chocolate.
