A Somali immigrant is the believed shooter in a drive-by shooting that occurred over the weekend in Rochester, Minnesota. Thankfully, the shooting victim is expected to survive the two gunshot wounds he received.
The attackers were Somali nationals, and the victim explained that one got out of a silver Honda Accord and shot at him twice. Another vehicle, a maroon Chevy Impala, was also said to be involved in the shooting. Police are still searching for the vehicles and their owners.
