We knew the battle against illegal immigration won’t be easy…but President Trump scores one victory at a time, and liberals have no place to hide!
After Trump’s highly controversial immigration order including the travel ban for several Muslim countries, the left absolutely lost their minds.
Of course, they turned towards violence and hostility, which is their way of dealing with problems ever since they lost last year’s presidential election.
Their latest scene were the disgusting Berkeley riots that erupted in response to a Milo Yiannopoulos speech. Because of that, the FBI is now investigating the Mayor of Berkeley, who apparently told police to ‘stand down’ during the protests that led to horrific assaults at UC Berkeley.
The point is, liberals keep trying to throw roadblocks in Trump’s path and those roadblocks keep failing.
Regardless of their failed efforts, the liberal keep trying everything to undermine Trump’s decisions.
The ACLU urged a federal judge in Boston to extend an order which temporarily put a stop to a portion of Trump’s controversial immigration order, reports Red, White And Right.
But, Judge Nathaniel Gorton, a President George H.W. Bush appointee, decided not to renew the temporary restraining order which was set to expire on Sunday. This may be Trump’s biggest victory in this ‘front’.
The ACLU argued that the order violated the Establishment Clause of the United States Constitution because it favored Christians over Muslims, but the judge did’t allow the liberal propaganda to ‘poison’ him.
Gorton said nothing in Trump’s order “compels a finding that Christians are preferred to any other group.”
Also, he even revealed that there is a big difference between the constitutional rights enjoyed by non-citizens in the U.S. and those outside the country’s borders:
“The decision to prevent aliens from entering the country is a ‘fundamental sovereign attribute’ realized through the legislative and executive branches that is largely immune from judicial control.”
This means that the President has the right to make immigration decisions without court interference. Will this finally silence the clueless liberals?
